Unisex sizes... Ladies - I would stick with your normal size if you like a relaxed/loose fit. Size down if you like your apparel a bit more fitted but still semi relaxed. Men stick with your normal size.
I am 5'5" and 150....I wear a size Medium for a relaxed fit...I can go size Small if I want a more fitted look.
