Unisex sizes...I would stick with your normal size if you like a relaxed/loose fit. Size down if you like your apparel a bit more fitted but still semi relaxed.
I am 5'5" and 150....I wear a size Medium in the unisex sizes...can go Small if I want it more like a ladies fit. Ladies Tee I wear a medium.
