Orders take approx 3 weeks to complete after the deadline.

Group Pick up: Select Local Pick up at checkout as these orders will be picked up by Ankeny Medical Park to be distributed when complete.

Shipping: If you would rather have your order shipped, select shipping at checkout. A tracking # will be emailed once your order has shipped.

All Sales are Final: As each item is custom made per order.
