Orders take 7–14 business days after your order is placed.

Pickup/Delivery Options:

• Local Pick Up – Ankeny, IA: Select this option at checkout for contactless porch pick up. You’ll receive an email with pick-up details once your order is ready.
  

• Deliver to Gym: Select “Local Pick Up – Ankeny, IA” and type “deliver to gym” in the notes section at checkout. Your order will be dropped off at the Ankeny gym.
  

• Shipping: Select this option if you’d like your order shipped to your door. A tracking number will be emailed once your order is complete.
