Product Availability/Shortages Due to Covid/Shortages some colors/sizes may be out of stock. If it happens that I cannot find it in a similar brand/style...I will contact you by email to see if you would like to change color choices or a refund.
Design Placement/Coloring Please keep in mind that due to the differences in computer monitor settings the colors you see on your computer screen/or phone may look different on the printed product. Design placement, size, and brightness may vary due to the fabric as well as different sizes. I strive to display product photos as accurately as possible. But if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Shipping / Local Pick up / Processing Time information:
Spirtwear / Company Apparel Orders Orders take 2-3 weeks (Business days) after your stores deadline. Refer back to the link provided to you for all info including your stores deadline.
Online/Website Orders I personally handmake each shirt. Shirts take on average of 7-14 business days to be processed after you place your order (However, I do strive to get them done as soon as possible). Since I only have an online store I do not keep all apparel in stock. (I use multiple wholesale suppliers to give my customers a wide array of apparel choices and each supplier has different shipping times). If I happen to have your item(s) in stock, it's very possible I can get your order done quicker! :)
If your order is being shipped After I make your shirt shipping takes 3-5 days. Shipping is done through USPS using Parcel Select Standard Post OR Priority Mail Shipping throughout the United States. I will email you a tracking # once your order has been shipped.
If you will be picking up your order If you are local (Ankeny, IA) you can select "Local Pick up - Ankeny, IA" at checkout for free porch contactless pick up. I will notify you with pickup info by email when your order is ready to be picked up! If you don't see my email in that time frame (listed above) please check your junk folder! I will send a follow up email if I don't here back from you in 3-4 days just in case you didn't see the first email.

Again...If you email me and I don't respond....it may have went to my junk folder which I don't check often. Facebook messages I will respond as soon as I get them or when I get back to my office.
Returns / Exchanges:
💙 Since each item is custom made I do not accept returns or exchanges. I very rarely sell the same combination (style, colors, size, etc) and therefore I can't reuse the product I made other than donating them. But please let me know if you have any problems with my products.
💙 Exchanges/Refunds are granted if the incorrect item has been sent by the seller.
💙 Please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will happily assist you to correct the issue.
