I am 5'5" and 150lbs. For a semi relaxed look I wear a size Medium in the Unisex tee, Unisex Crewneck, Unisex Hoodie and Unisex Long Sleeve Tee (I can go size Small for a more fitted ladies look). I wear Large in the Ladies Tank and Tee. I don't like my apparel too clingy...if I went Medium they would be more fitted. Hope that helps!
Men see size charts but my husband is 6' and 220Ibs - he wears XL normally and wears XL in all of the unisex options.
